- Service
- Tooru — AI compatibility diagnostics for websites, provided as a web application (SaaS). Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance; usage is shown as a share of it.
- Fees other than the price
- Internet connection and communication charges are borne by the customer. Japanese consumption tax is added at checkout where applicable.
- Payment method
- Credit card, processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in JPY or USD depending on your region.
- Payment timing
- Subscriptions: first charge when the subscription starts (at the end of the free trial if one applies), then automatically on each renewal date. Extra allowance: charged at purchase.
- Delivery
- Available immediately after payment is confirmed. The allowance is applied to your account right away.
- Cancellation
- You may cancel a subscription at any time from Settings › Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. No prorated refund is made for the remaining period. A pending cancellation can be reversed before the period ends.
- Returns and refunds
- Because the service is digital and delivered immediately, purchases are not refundable except where required by law. Allowance already granted is not refunded. Extra allowance is a one-time purchase and cannot be returned.
- System requirements
- A current version of a major web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) with JavaScript enabled.
- Special terms
- The Free plan includes a small monthly allowance, one site and 30 days of history. Lite and Starter include a 14-day free trial with that plan’s full allowance; a card is required and the first charge occurs when the trial ends.
Prices
All prices exclude tax. Japanese consumption tax is added at checkout for customers in Japan. Prices in USD apply to customers billed in USD.
